leadership and coordination with field ops for the SIAD redeployment,

Acted as the
Market SME for Telcordia’s Granite suite for multiple departments throughout
my tenure, providing technical and practical mentoring. §
Project
managed the Philly/HARLY Granite Change Request to Remedy CTS initiative and
acted as Market SPOC for the pilot program to improve performance and
response time between the MNRC/NOC and east coast operations teams. §
In 2010
Supported NP&E with the Surge Project. Prepared toy cell equipment
and core paths for test and turn-up and assisted the switch ops teams with
troubleshooting efforts during the Ethernet migrations to new RNCs. §
